Challenge and detain all personnel attempting to exit the facility and prevent personnel from entering the facility. The incident commander, The first patrol on-scene will initially be the on-scene commander, 6) The on-scene commander will: Assume command and control of responding patrols until arrival of Flight Leadership Ensure 360-degree security is established on the facility. The Flight Leadership will send a patrol(s) to determine if situation is hostile or non-hostile. 5) If contact cannot be established: Notify the Flight Leadership and responding patrols. Instruct patrols to make contact with the individual and conduct a search of the facility.
4) If contact is established: Determine status of the individual and have him/her depart the facility (as applicable). Once 360 security has been established, attempt telephone contact with facility. Utilize patrols to establish 360-degree security on the facility, Notify the following personnel of the situation: CSF, S-3, and S-30. 3) The ECC Controller will: Advise all posts and patrols to change frequencies (CODE 9) Advise posts and patrols of the situation (CODE 14xx).

The controller will be advised when the patrol starts the check and location (point) it is started and direction of travel i.e. The patrol(s) making the check will approach the facility via the closest and tactically sound route from their position. 7) Conduct 2 Hangar checks per shift(ensuring aircraft is properly roped off with restricted area signage/personnel are properly displaying RAB badgeġ) Once 360 is formed, the on-scene commander will direct a patrol (preferably MWD Team) to conduct a check of the exterior of the facility. 6) Once per shift, the ISRT's patrol must conduct a physical security check of their assigned. Notify ECC of initiation and termination time, ECP location and number of badges checked. 5) Perform a minimum of four random Entry Control Point and Restricted Area Badge checks for 15 minutes each in assigned area. 4) Maintain surveillance over the restricted area boundary and assigned resources.
